HR Intern

The aim of this internship is to Support the Regional Office HR Team.

1. Objectives of the assignment
• Coordinate the travels of the HR Team
• Archiving of personnel files
• Drafting of work Certificates
• Support the organization of meetings, inductions and other HR events
• Consolidation and follow up of annual leaves planning
• HR Monthly Updates of headcount and organograms
• Perform other task as assigned by HR Team

2. Expected outputs/specific deliverables
• Employee Folders well filed
• Good Follow Up of leave planning
• Accurate Follow Up of headcounts

3. Profile of the Intern
• Bachelor in Management of Human Resources Management
• Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in NGO sector will be an advantage
• Excellent planning capabilities, management and coordination, with the possibility of a significant workload consists of various duties and responsibilities
• Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office Environment)
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of English and French (Written and spoken)

4. Duration
• 3 Months Renewable

5. Reporting lines during the assignment
• Report to the HR Generalist
